Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Atlas.ai, a product of PV Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Atlas.ai.

Atlas.ai analyzes your photos, videos, and — where you connect one — your Instagram performance data, to generate content clusters, reel blueprints, captions, posing feedback, and brand coaching. It can extract clips from your own video, schedule posts, and publish to Instagram on your instruction.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Atlas.ai. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

You own everything you upload to Atlas.ai — photos, video, captions, brand notes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide the features you use. We don't use your content to train models for other users, and we don't publish anything on your behalf unless you initiate it or have explicitly enabled automatic publishing. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you upload and publish.

Content pillars, trend verdicts, reel blueprints, posing feedback, captions, and coaching messages in Atlas.ai are generated or assisted by AI models and are suggestions, not guarantees. They can be inaccurate or simply not work for your audience. You're solely responsible for reviewing and deciding what you actually post, and for that content's compliance with platform policies and applicable law.

Atlas.ai is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. By connecting an Instagram account, you confirm you're the authorized owner or manager of that account. Your use of Instagram through Atlas.ai remains subject to Instagram's own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and you can revoke Atlas.ai's Instagram access at any time from Brand Setup.

You agree not to use Atlas.ai to:

• Post content you don't have the rights to
• Connect an Instagram or other account you're not authorized to manage
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or reverse-engineer the app
• Use the service to spam, harass, or mislead audiences

Atlas.ai offers free and paid tiers with different feature limits, described in-app at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Atlas.ai is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will improve your reach or engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PV Labs won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas.ai, including lost engagement, lost revenue, or account actions taken by a third-party platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, as that is the state in which PV Labs' parent entity, Pharaoh Vision Labs, LLC, is formed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes within the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Atlas.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
