Privacy Policy

Atlas.ai is an AI-powered content and brand coaching app for creators, built by PV Labs. This policy explains what information Atlas.ai collects when you use the app, how it's used, and the choices you have. It covers only Atlas.ai — not other PVLabs products.

Account information

When you sign in to Atlas.ai, we receive your name and email address to create and authenticate your account.

Brand profile

Information you provide during Brand Setup, including your creator/brand name, niche, content pillars, brand tone, posting cadence, growth targets, and your Instagram and TikTok handles.

Instagram connection

If you connect your Instagram Business account so Atlas.ai can schedule or auto-publish posts on your behalf, we store your Instagram business account ID and an access token issued by Instagram, along with its expiration date. This token is used only to publish content you've approved and to read basic account/post information needed for that feature. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from Brand Setup, which stops future use of that token.

Photos, videos, and uploaded content

Photos and videos you upload to your Content Library — manually, or by connecting Google Photos or iCloud — along with metadata such as the capture date and location, if present in the file. We also store the results of AI analysis on that content: quality and aesthetic scores, emotional tone, descriptive tags, suggested reel clips, and which content pillar or theme cluster it's grouped into.

Posing Coach photos

Photos you submit to Posing Coach are analyzed by AI to give you feedback on posture, framing, expression, and lighting. That feedback and a reference to the photo are saved to your account so you can review past coaching.

Posts, captions, and performance data

Captions, hashtags, scheduling times, and status for posts you create in Atlas.ai. If you track performance, this includes engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves, reach) that you enter manually or that we extract from a screenshot you upload; Atlas.ai does not currently pull metrics directly from Instagram's API on your behalf.

Brand Coach conversations

Messages you exchange with the AI Brand Coach, including any brand pillar or tone suggestions it proposes.

Preferences and usage

Notification preferences (in-app, email), your subscription tier, and app usage needed to operate features like Notifications and the Content Calendar.

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate your account and keep you signed in
• Analyze your photos and videos to find content clusters and suggest posts
• Generate captions, hashtags, reel blueprints, and coaching feedback with AI
• Publish or schedule posts to Instagram when you've connected your account and approved the post
• Track post performance and surface coaching notes based on your results
• Send notifications and reminders you've opted into
• Improve the reliability and quality of Atlas.ai's AI features

We do not sell or rent your personal information, your photos, or your Instagram data to third parties.

Atlas.ai uses AI models to analyze the content you upload and generate captions, reel blueprints, posing feedback, and brand coaching suggestions. Your photos, videos, and brand profile information are sent to these models as needed to produce that output. AI-generated suggestions are drafts — nothing is published to Instagram without your review and approval, unless you've explicitly enabled automatic publishing for scheduled posts.

Atlas.ai relies on the following third parties to operate:

• Base44 — backend infrastructure, account authentication, and data storage
• Meta / Instagram — if you connect your Instagram Business account, to publish content and read basic account data on your behalf
• Google Photos or iCloud — only if you choose to import content from one of these sources into your Content Library

Atlas.ai offers paid subscription tiers. Where payment processing is enabled, it is handled by a third-party payment processor and Atlas.ai does not receive or store your full card number.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Your data, including uploaded photos and videos, is stored on Base44's cloud infrastructure. Communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Access to your data within Atlas.ai is scoped to your account.

Atlas.ai uses essential session tokens required to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Atlas.ai is not directed at children under 13, and in regions with a higher age of digital consent (for example, 16 under the EU GDPR), that threshold applies instead. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us using the details below so we can delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data, including uploaded photos and videos
• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time from Brand Setup
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability

California residents (CCPA): you may request to know what personal information we hold and request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

UK/EU residents (GDPR): you may exercise your rights under the UK and EU GDPR by contacting us below.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Disconnecting Instagram stops future use of your access token but does not automatically delete posts or metrics already recorded in Atlas.ai. If you delete your account, your personal data — including uploaded content and Instagram tokens — is removed from our systems.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
